Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. "It is a very nice hotel and in lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is a shame that there is no lift but staff helped with taking our cases upstairs. The food was good and so was the service. I will be visiting again and recommend it to others."
