Shuttle transport was quick and courteous . Front desk kind and helpful… room heat and cooling was easy to control … bed very comfortable…. I would have loved a bath but didn’t feel tub was clean enough… though the shower was great and towels generous.. a bit of grime in corners if the bathroom Enjoyed ...

Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport
Ordered room service and it came very quickly. Hotel is under renovation and is very nice. Will say that walls are not well insulated because you can hear a lot of what’s going on in other rooms.
