"This is a very basic “motel” type of property. Our room overlooked the parking lot with our window directly in front of a parked car We asked to be moved and got a room on the back side facing some greenery but had a passageway for staff hauling noisy laundry carts right outside the window. Hallway rugs are tired and worn. Atmosphere was institutional and soulless. Location is off a round about in the middle of nowhere with poor signage to find the property. "We had a lovely one night stay in the cottage. Great for self catering and enjoyed having stables outside where we could see the horses. Lots of space and a nice log fire to enjoy. The breakfast was delivered to the cottage at our chosen time and was really tasty. "
