-Staff were pleasant - especially concierge desk and valet at the entry... they were the BEST!
-Location is fantastic - so close to Westminster Bridge, The Eye, Trafalgar Square, etc... very central to so much history!!

"The room was hot and we were told that hotel is ambient ac but they sent a portable cooling fan so that helped. View of Tower Bridhe from room is excellent! But the hotel is old with peeling paints on wood work and carpet looks old too. Staff is courteous and friendly. And it’s conveniently accessed via major public transportation.. "Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room.
Staff were lovely pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortableness of the beds...

Only slight issue was family room was not 2 double beds as advertised as anyone will know who has slept on a sofa bed, it’s not the same. Worked for one night. Would stay there again."

"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything.
Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it. The room was spacious, clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was AMAZING (with a Japanese toilet!).
