"We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The valet and cleaning crew were amazing! We upgraded to get access to the voyager 47 club. It was very convenient for our family and had a great experience each time as well. I do recommend it but ask them for clarification on the pricing and extra fees because the fees have fees and I was not aware of that until we got home. The pool was incredible! They do have a tram that brings you from one end of this enormous resort to another, but the tram was not working during our stay. "今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"
