"The hotel is right on the beach and ground is well kept. Staff very friendly. We got upgraded to a premier room which is spacious. The view is amazing. There is free guest laundry services on site with plenty of detergent available and four washers and four dryers.Read the brochure given while checking in and you will see several perks covered under resort fee like daily snorkel gear for 2 hours free. "This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "

"Very nice quiet resort. Room, facilities, and especially the pool we're beautiful. They'll try and lure you into a timeshare, but we avoided that. The area around it was very nice and you have full use of all the nearby hilton properties and amenities. The dining nearby was overpriced and underwhelming. The shopping nearby was also incredibly overpriced, drive 15-20min out of the area and your basics are half the price, or better. I would definitely stay again! "
