"The Room Was Clean And The Staff Was Nice But We Seen Some Roaches In The Kitchen Area"

"Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken."

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "

"It was extremely noisy, even though we were in a top floor. It was due the dated windows. I also did not like the fact that the facility had no parking. "

"Very run down and in an industrial area. Blinding light comes through the shutters and the air conditioning is extremely loud. All of the air conditioners leak outside so they have trash buckets to collect water from them. No low setting so we had to un plug it. Soft beds. Really run down motels. Shuttle to airport is great as well as the Chinese restaurant right next door."

"Traffic noise was too loud door seals were missing Staff was very helpful with move to another room. The upcharge to do so was unwarranted."

"Checking in was a nightmare because the front desk manager kept confusing herself on who was staying in each room. And she wasn't very friendly to begin with . I was under the impression that it was a smoke free establishment.. But at the same time the entire 12th floor smelled like the set of a Cheech & Chong movie. And our room had bugs crawling on the furniture as well... So needless to say that we will not be staying there again in the near future. Very disappointed!!!"

"This is another economical choice to stay in the area. Don't expect a lot and it did what it needed to do. Clean and useful. As busy as it was, the room and stay were quieter than expected. I'd stay again."

"Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff."

"This hotel was one of the most overpriced properties I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the goal was to squeeze every possible dollar out of guests. The mandatory resort fee was especially frustrating because many of the “included” amenities were unavailable. Museum tickets were listed as a benefit, yet some of the museums were closed during our stay. Charging guests for perks they cannot use is misleading. The on-site restaurant, 100 Sails, charged $89 per person...

"So this property is advertised on Expedia very nicely. What they don’t tell you is that the parking sucks. Having traveled by myself; I didn’t appreciate that as the parking lot that I ended up in was across the street next to the red lobster. The one right next door that they advertised was not available. This was especially frustrating when on the very first night this caught me by surprise and I didn’t get any help from the receptionist as he had hip surgery and could not walk down. Also need...
