Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago
Easy check in and check out and comfortable stay. However, it was very difficult to get in touch with front desk. We were never able to contact front desk without going to them physically.

Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel & Conf Ctr by IHG
Relatively quiet and accessible to everything I needed. One downside was that I requested service for cleaning and never got it. Otherwise everything was good.
