"Stopped here for a few nights as we had a wedding to attend. All was good though I am a light sleeper and did have trouble due to a low pitched hum that persisted through the night. As we weren't staying long we didn't ask to move to a quieter room. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest you make it clear when you book that you need somewhere quiet. The food was good and reasonably priced and the bar prices were not as steep as some we have encountered in other hotels."

"Staff were very helpful at all times. Incredible facilities available for guests (I personally took advantage of the pool for a bit of exercise). There's lots of space available for parking, and it's in a nice quiet area, with great access for Stratford."

"From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. A rare find these days"

"What a fantastic stay! Parking right next door (public carpark), and the hotel is directly opposite Shakespeare’s New Place house. The front of the building is the old Tudor Falcon Inn which is a really spectacular building and they have respected the interiors which is nice. "We stayed two nights. The hosts were amazing. Great choice for breakfast. Very convenient for the town. The bedroom was quiet with a lovely view to the garden. Didn’t realise there was a fridge until the last day!! We will return hopefully when the weather is better"
