"Hotel du Vin has been refurbed since our last stay. It is gorgeous - our room and the communal areas. Much more space and I love the decor. The staff were lovely, the guy on reception organised hypoallergenic bedding for me and the lady behind the bar made wonderful martinis. It's just a whole package of loveliness. We will be back soon. "My partner and I stay here whenever passing through due to the gym and sauna. The rooms are all clean and comfortable, but amenities vary depending on what you book--when staying for business, we stay in a nicer room which has a mini fridge with drinks, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bathrobes etc. When just passing through, we book a basic room which has a shampoo/soap combo, no shampoo, no mini fridge and no bathrobes. "

"Excellent team including Mandy on reception who explained we’d booked a room in The Grange (separate building), when we asked she offered an upgrade for a small extra fee, to the main house and showed us her favourite room (gorgeous view of park & ducks behind). Sanya in the restaurant was excellent- food was superb too. Advil at breakfast was great. Lovely comfortable room. Very happy. Thanks team! "

"The staff were very helpful and attentive. The suite was large but dated. Everything worked how it should and the spa facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was a bit basic and the same everyday but it filled us up. The location was easy to get to and the place looked exactly the same as the pictures."
