"Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue."

"Booked a deluxe room with a king bed facing the garden. Even had a dressing gown. Plenty of tea bags so we were very happy. So clean and bathroom right next door. Raj was very informative about the area and as it was a lovely evening we ventured out for a pleasant walk into the centre.
