Khách sạn High Hazels

"Used this place for business. Was close to work and affordable. The room was clean and had a fridge for my medication which is always a bonus. the staff in the restaurant and bar were great. Although it was a buffet breakfast, the food was still fresh and had not been cremated under the hot lights."

"Fantastic stay"

"Lovely Room with a balcony. Shower was good, beds were comfortable, could have done with more pillows as there were 4 between 3 of us. A light would have been good when you open the vanity mirror., but a lift up one is an excellent feature. Good coffee machine 👍🏻"

"Good facilities and the staff were all polite and helpful."

"Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff."

"Excellent location for the arena, rooms are very basic"

"Superb Breakfast, Comfortable room Lovely Shower"

"The hotel is in 2 sections the main pub/ hotel and the other in the annexe to the side, I can’t comment on the main hotel rooms but the annex were ok clean but could do with a little renovation, had a great nights sleep and breakfast was good, all the staff were amazing, very helpful and polite."

"The girl on reception only told me I'd paid too much for the room, and didn't offer to fix it... Not sure what sort of person in the service industry would tell a customer they paid too much... The hotel is very run down, the tap on the bath was broken so it wouldn't run, coffee and tea tray only half full. So yeah definitely overpriced for the value we got"

"Great location,parking helpful staff"

"Good location and great value. Breakfast was good value. Powdered eggs not great as tasteless, but that was the only negative there. Cleaner knocked the door just after 8am on first morning to see if we needed our room cleaned which was annoying as this could have been done later after we had headed out. Toilet door lock was broken. Overall was fine and would recommend."

"Love this place so friendly and welcoming"
