"Our room was not particularly clean, also it was very shabby, also the shower was very small and did not work properly. The toilet seat did not fit. Everything was very old and it was not nice.
It is a guest house not a hotel.
Car park fine and position to Wimbledon was quite good, but we would definitely not stay there again."

"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again."

The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.

Hotel was comfortable- AC is central and not controlled by the rooms so keep that in mind if you’re going on a hot week.
One major issue is that they are understaffed. Essentially no one picks up the phone if you call the front desk to ask any questions. It can be very frustrating if you need help.

"tiny rooms for the price. Which is fine but their staff was terrible. I requested them multiple times during my 3 day stay to clean my room. They did not do it once!!! They offered me to replace my towels and then no one turned up! This was after I complained about their service.
