"It was a weekend to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. To surprise my partner I asked for extra's in the room, ie, room dressed for the occasion, including, roses and wine which was very reasonably priced. The room looked absolutely fantastic, with beautiful long stemmed red roses and a quality wine. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. "The hotel was nice, but lacked attention to detail. Dirty behind the desks and in less visible areas. There were very limited usb charging options and no outlets near the bed. The shower was odd and difficult to use without getting water everywhere. Overall an ok stay, but won't be back."

"A three minute walk from Earle's Court tube station. Rooms not large, but good quality beds, and clean. Courteous and helpful staff.
