"Clean rooms, great staff, wonderful air conditioning, clean laundry room with multiple washer and dryer you don't have to wait. Kids love the pool as well. Only complaint is only one person or staff can ruin it for everyone else by rushing you while you check out and not seem to show interest or have time for your questions. Other than that everyone was awesome and everything was excellent. One more thing, even though one member of the family, 2 yr old dog, was not able to make it on this trip...

"The staff was very friendly, especially Maui who was always very personable. They were so friendly that I bought a Hopia Cake for them to share. A very beautiful hotel. Too bad the bridge that leads to Coconut Island is broken because I was really looking forward to going to it. The WSW Restaurant had great food. In fact, I believe I had one of the best steaks when I ordered the Sizzling Steak."

"Staff was non-responsive and didn't give me the address or self check in instructions, I was stranded in Hilo until i called Expedia and they finally told me where to go and how to get in. Bed and chair were both ancient, sinking over a foot when sat/lied on. Towels smelled like mildew and caused a reaction on my skin. "Rainfall" shower head broken and dripped only cold water on me while showering with normal shower head. Ran out of hot water in the shower almost immediately. Terrifying dog...

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!"
