"The location and view are the highlights of the property. Those are 5 stars. The state of the property is quite worn: contractor-grade bathroom door, rough towels, questionable ac unit.
Service was lacking: I called down for extra towels, told I’d get some, then hours later, nothing. I ran into a housekeeping staff on the floor as I was going to go in person to get some, who said he never got the message.
The breakfast, while an extraordinary view, was very, very poor. My husband’s açaí bowl...

"We had the ocean view room on the second floor. It was newly renovated, with a beautiful private bathroom and beautiful wood work throughout. We were a bit spoiled when we were there, since there were no other guests on our floor during our stay. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well equipped, and Josh was always there to help us if we needed it. We would definitely stay here in the future"

"We were so surprised when we rolled up on this property. It was well maintained & beautifully landscaped. The cottage was decorated with a colorful flair. The bathroom was roomy & had a big shower.
