The location on the beach was excellent with easy beach access. The pool, spa and fitness center were all excellent. The food was good, but a little overpriced. The property was very clean. Housekeeping in our room could have been a little better.

Beach House Resort Hilton Head
Clean but dated rooms. Staff is ok just do the bare minimum. Staff at the food service is awful. They complain about other guests openly. Front desk ( Kevin is useless) not much help on information. Got more from guests. There is a free trolley line right next to the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas ...

The pool side had some seating but you had to pay for a good location. I have seen extra charges for cabanas and luxury seating but not reg. seats in the sun
