Onsen inside the hotel (temporary closed for renovation during our stay - Oct/Nov 2026). There are rooms with mountain view options. "Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"

"Staff , very friendly!!! Clean but limited facilities but it’s understandable for the fee rate. Breakfast is awesome! Wonderful start of a day! Thank you everyone in the inn!"

"Front desk staff were very courteous and understanding. My only gripe is the centralized AC system but opening the window helped cooling the room a lot. Across the street from the Yamanakako-ashiagaoka bus stop, which helps get around! Will definitely book them again for my next stay in the Yamanakako area!!!"

"Great location and great staff. Room was exactly as described japanese style"

"The host was very nice, house was very clean would stay again!"

"The staff were very nice. The location of this hotel is a great spot for observing Mt. Fuji (both in rooms and the front of the hotel). The rooms are outdated. Without an elevator, this hotel is more suitable for Yong travelers with light luggage. The lounge in the lobby is good, but it's only open for a fixed period during the day."

"A fairly remote location, perfect for exploring Yamanaka with great nearby views of Mount Fuji. Excellent price for the quality of amenities. The check in/out process were well optimized for the autonomous travellers, and the interactions I did have with staff were cordial and friendly."

"朝食がとても美味しかったです。当日の天気で富士山が見えなかったのが残念でした。"

"It is a clean and spacious house with a great view of Mt. Fuji especially in the morning. Be quiet though, especially when outside, so as not to distrub the not-so-friendly neighbors."
