The check-in process was totally hassle-free, and the staff was genuinely helpful right from the start. What we liked most was that everything in the room actually worked without any issues — the Wi-Fi stayed connected the whole time, the fridge was cold, and the AC kept the room perfectly comfortable. "AMAZING, beautiful, extremely unique and secluded 'hotel'. This was one of the top 'hotels' we have ever stayed in. The communication with the host was great, and the staff were very friendly. We booked jungle loft #7 which was beautiful, but after realizing that you could see the inside of the loft when it was getting darker out, we asked to be moved to the loft above (I believe #6) - which the host kindly agreed to. Staying in the jungle SURROUNDED by beautiful glass windows/walls this close...
