Homestay mới xây dựng, rất đẹp. Tiện nghi sạch sẽ. Vị trí homestay rất thuận lợi để đi những điểm tham quan ở Tam Cốc Bích Động. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây và giới thiệu bạn bè đến homestay này

Een heel leuk gemoedelijk hotel met mooie kamers en hele fijne bedden. Verwacht geen grote luxe maar juist dit gemoedelijke en kleinschalige geeft de juiste sfeer. Het ligt net iets buiten Tam Coc maar je bent met een paar minuten bij de bedrijvigheid. De ligging is echt perfect. De medewerkers zijn heel erg aardig en doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Heel behulpzaam en het ontbijt is prima. Voor klein bedrag kan je fietsen of scooter bij het hotel huren. Wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf in een mountain view kamer bij Little TamCoc Boutique hotel. Een aanrader.

Would definitely stay again!
Our stay in the Villa was comfortable. Saha was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We were three people and the beds were comfortable for Vietnam. They provided free bicycles for us, did our laundry, and arranged transportation when needed. The beauty around the villa was unmatched.

Homestay correcto
El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila pero no lejos de centro de Tam Coc. Las instalaciones y la habitación estaban en perfecto estado. Prestan bicis gratuitas lo cual se agradece. Lo único negativo, es que nos duchamos 3 veces (hicimos early check in + noche + late check out) y en ningun momento nos cambiaron la toallas. Ademas en el ultimo momento nos quedamos sin papel higienico. Quizas deberian mejorar el servicio.

Hands down the best accommodation I’ve had in my travels. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The team is so friendly and attentive. If I return to Tam Coc I will stay here again without hesitation.

Very pleasant place to stay. Not too far from the very touristy area, but easily accessible by bike (offered by the hotel). Friendly staff and clean rooms. We were disappointed to see that the hotel has a dog on a very short leash, being on the leash all day long, hidden in the garden. We had to ask the owner to take the dog for a walk since we felt so bad for this poor puppy. Overall great experience. We highly recommend. Please go to go this hotel and pet potato ( their dog) for us.

The hospitality of the host was unmatched! She was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. She was very accommodating in letting us have a late check out as our flight was late at night, even helping us book transportation back to the airport. The complimentary bikes allowed us to explore the surrounding area (Kang Mua hike, Trang-An, Pagodas). The breakfast and fruits provided were delicious and much appreciated. The location had amazing views of the mountains and was far enough from the town to be quiet but close enough to be easily accessible (3-5 min bike, 10-15 min walk). Our first room on the ground floor was infested with mosquitos due to a hole in the window but the hosts generously gave us a new room that was bug-free. The room was generally clean but a little dusty. Overall I have enjoyed by stay here in Little Tam Coc!

Little Tam Coc is a must!
Location and accommodation was excellent. We wanted to stay an extra day and the owner was amazingly accommodating - even let us shower after checkout as we weren’t travelling until the evening - fab breakfasts, wonderful people.

Underbart litet hotell
Ett underbart litet hotel, 10 minuters promenad från Tam Cocs huvudgata. Supervänlig personal och väldigt vackra rum med kaklat golv och veranda. Många vackra detaljer i inredningen av rummen. De hyr ut moped och cykel till en billig peng. Väl värt att ta rummet med utsikt mot berget. Överlag finns det mycket att se och göra i Tam Coc.

Exceptional homestay in an idyllic little town
Xuan and his staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the mountain view out the balcony! The quietness and the slow paced Tam Coc was mind soothing after Hanoi. Grab a bike to wander in the area near the homestay, or rent a motorbike to go as far as Hoa Lu ancient capital (note: 1.5L of petrol aka 1/4 tank would be enough to get you around). We would love to stay there again!

Pluses: - This nes property has the right setup and ambience, hence the potential to be much better; meanwhile need to improve on the basic elements. - The rooms have characters and with good size, and nice view for those with mountain view; but need some minor enhancements/improvements (as below). Areas for improvement: - perhaps due to the building material and under powered air-conditioner, the air-con remained at 30+c during daylight, and only reach high 20sC after 5hrs. Another room's air-con wasn't working well at all. - considering the room rate in the area, the breakfast is way too simple/basic with only fried egg and plain bread (honey & jam avail), with no black tea, and the coffee contained in a small disposable drinking water container (not safe to drink!)... Witnessed 2 lady guests took a look at the 'spread' then just walked away without eating..... - The main door lock (wooden latch plus a metal lock that needs to be struggled with) is really a chao to me! - Perhaps pending more renovation work, there are holes on the wall! - Adding an appropriate painting on the plain wall would greatly enhance the rooms' character.
