"It was in a good location 7 minutes from major train station/subway, and the area is nice and the room was bit smaller then I would have imagined."

From reception to housekeeping , the restaurants and piano bar(try the cocktails) everyone pulls together 'on brand'. A must try."

"Very good buffet breakfast. hotel is clean. staff were very friendly and helpful. No gym, no ice machine, neighbourhood to the west seems a bit sketchy, but very close to a couple of Tube subway stations."

"Upon arrival the check in the lady informed us that we would get an “upgraded room”, then her superior (as she referred to her) told her she needed to find us another room since floor 8 was having AC issues. We get our room which turns out not to be an upgrade and the AC does not work. They sent someone to look at it and we ended up getting us a portable AC unit which took room in the already small room. At breakfast we were told the first could have days to sit wherever, from the third day on the were seating us. I requested a table that we have sat down before and they told be it was too big since it was for 4 people and we were 3. They proceeded to take me to a table in the back of the restaurant which was the exact same size and it was also for 4 people. The internet was down for a couple of days and the front desk people just said that it was “in the works”. I mentioned I have a marriot membership and it was never added as a current reservation. The property is nice and location is ok since there is public transit nearby but will definitely stay elsewhere next time since this property did not even offer any kind of compensation for the many inconveniences during my 8-night stay. "
