"The hotel was in a great location. Staff very friendly and check in was very quick and straight forward. We had a cosy double room which was ideal for 2 nights but would perhaps be too small for much longer than that. Would recommend and would stay again. "

"We did not have a good experience here, our heating did not work, and we told management who came to fix it quickly but did nothing. Also, our shower was broken and the faucet head fell off multiple times, along with the shower being the smallest enclosed space I’ve ever tried to shower in. The biggest issue that we had with our room was the fact that our sliding bathroom door was see-through and right next to the bed, which made it super uncomfortable to use the bathroom right next to the bed through a see through glass door. Overall, would not recommend; there’s so many better places in London, I would try somewhere else."
