"We stayed at this hotel for six nights, and unfortunately our experience with housekeeping and customer service was extremely disappointing. Starting from our third night, we repeatedly requested that our bed sheets and duvet covers be changed. We informed the front desk multiple times on the third, fourth, and fifth days of our stay, but the bedding was never properly replaced. After several complaints, housekeeping eventually left what they claimed were clean sheets and duvet covers on top...

"It was a very nice place to stay. Location was excellent for transport which was most of the reason I chose it. The room was good size for London and the shower was excellent. Do be aware that they put a sizable hold on your credit card (mine was £300 for 4 nights) against any money you might spend at the restaurant or damage caused to the room. I thought this was excessive and might not have booked had I been aware."

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Koffer konnten an An und Abreisetag deponiert werden. Das Frühstück ist nur „to Go“. Im Außenbereich stehen 3 Tische, an denen man bei schönem Wetter frühstücken kann. Sonst keine Sitzmöglichkeiten zum frühstücken. Zimmer sauber aber klein. Zum schlafen ausreichend. Der Stadtteil Hammersmith ist super um schnell überall hinzukommen. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"Very basic and average hotel. Room is extremely small and location next to train railways. Always loud noise from railways, A/C was not working so to get fresh air had to open window. Bed is uncomfortable. breakfast plain: beans, eggs, ham and cereal and breads. Solo traveler on a budget probably OK but i will not stay there again. Consider this: bus/train stations 10 minutes walk, when it was rain the taxi, for less then a kilometer, cost me 11 UK pounds, or 18$. Food options around hotel are...
