"This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years.
I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door.
I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also...

"We opted for a standard room with a view of Tower Bridge. I loved that view and took so many photos at different times of the day. You can see the Shard too. Next time I would opt for a renovated room with view. Our room was showing its age, not in a run down way but I think it was original to the 1970’s. I would prefer a refreshed room.
We had lunch on the terrace of the Vicinity restaurant, the weather was perfect, the service was good, and of course the view. We also had dinner there, again...

"We had a lovely stay
Pros:
Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pillows galore upon request. Large room by London/European standards. Iron and hairdryer in room, soap and shampoo provided. Location, location, location! We were 20 min from each theatre we attended and easy walking distance from three Tube stations and a variety of bus stops. Lots of restaurants a block away and a Tesco Express for essentials.
Cons:
Water pressure was poor, common for my London experiences. Wish we'd had...
