"The spa area was great and fantastic and the staff was very helpfull but the hotel staff was not as friendly even when it was not busy. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and when I asked for ice at the bar I was told that ice machine was broken for a long time."

"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."

"Perfect for a stay in the centre of Winchester. Comfortable beds, nice rooms and bathroom. Staff were great, very helpful and the overnight carpark fee covers you until checkout. The bar was comfortable and had great recommendations too. Good value for money with a little feel of luxury. Have stayed here twice now and not been disappointed."

"Clean rooms, very central for the town. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Winchester. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the pool. Although please note children only allowed for 1 hour in the morning which was a bit of a disappointment."
