"Room very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk helpful. Heating/air conditioning was out of whack but I understand it is being worked on. Neighborhood not great and there was nothing but fast food restaurants nearby."

"Clean room great staff no issues. I don’t think there’s coffee anymore(?), but you are surrounded by excellent coffee right outside. Ideal location for trains and restaurants/shopping. We have had success finding street parking, even if we need to circle"

The gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating! I will definitely make this hotel my go to in Brooklyn when I visit my daughter."

"I would have expected a cleaner facility. And little things like a garbage can in the room that maybe covered but is difficult to use play into this review. Dirty shower, dirty corners and baseboards. Housekeeping missed doing some cleaning of floors, bathrooms, dishes and incomplete restocking. Level of service just wasn't in alignment with price paid."

"My room itself was mostly fine — appreciated having a fridge and microwave — but the hallways and common spaces were so unpleasant. Blasting club remixes even at 1AM, weed smell so intense that I wondered if people were smoking *in the halls* rather than in their rooms, people standing right outside my door and yelling up the hall for extended conversations since I was near the elevator. If you go in expecting a hostel-like experience for an atypically low rate for Brooklyn, I think this would make sense, but I was tired and a little sick coming straight off a business trip on the other side of the country. I was hoping for a similar experience to other budget but still "normal" hotels in the neighborhood, and didn't get it."
