"Unfortunately my stay here was very short lived as the hotel had no air conditioning during a heatwave. The room was unbearable and with no fans or the ability to open a window it was impossible to stay. I understand that air conditioning can brake down but it was disappointing that the hotel didn’t inform us of this ahead of our visit. If so we would have postponed the trip. Very poor customer service"

Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left. Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. "Great stay at Tribe Hotel. Very convenient location (5 minutes walk to Jubilee line, Elizabeth line or DLR and right by all the shops and restaurants in Canary Wharf). You can easily get to the west end on these transport options or down to Greenwich or to the City of London.
