"This was my second time staying at this hotel and I feel it is getting a little tired looking. Also they are not very keen to give you extra towels you have to ask all the time. On a positive note the location is excellent for touring London. It also has a large shopping mall next to it. "

"Good location for our visit to the O2 arena. 10 min walk to catch the uber boat from the Canary Wharf Pier to O2 arena (15 min boat ride with bar onboard!) and 1 stop on the Jubilee line from North Greenwich (outside O2 arena entrance/exit) to get back to Canary Wharf station (10 min walk back to hotel). They worked well even tho Unfortunately due to a blown fuse during breakfast this made it chaotic. Would of made it slightly better had the staff made an announcement as I could see what was happening lots of people weren't aware and kept trying to use the drinks machines without power.
