"Great location, excellent service from maintenance and staff members when we had a minor issue with the room. Very happy to stay here again!"

"This hotel experience was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were delightful."

"Amazing visit as always. Can't wait to book the next visit."

"The room was clean. They gave new towels when asked they were brought to our room. Breakfast included alot of bread, eggs, instant oatmeal, bacon etc. I enjoyed it. We were there for the 7pm wine, cheese, crackers etc.. that was nice. I got all the coffee and hot chocolate I wanted. I really enjoyed staying here and it's close to the train station and sights. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was pleasant."

"Clean and quiet rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"The apartment is lovely & in a excellent location. The check in process however was terrible as I was given the incorrect codes meaning I was waiting outside the apartment for approximately 1 hr before another guest arrived with the correct code. No wifi instructions within the apartment"

"Rooms slightly small but comfortable walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tube. Bars and restaurants at the hotel were great. They let us check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. Would sty here again"

"The hotel is very well situated near Covent Garden."

"Great stay again in my go-to Victoria hotel. Friendly staff and cute clean room with really comfy bed. Room could have been slightly warmer on arrival and bar menu a little more variety but forced me to wander out for dinner which is no bad thing."

"The staff at The Rubens were wonderful, especially the doormen! We had the pleasure of meeting two lovely gentlemen during our stay, but Robert truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and kind to everyone who walked through the doors. His welcoming personality made every entrance and exit feel special. He truly is a gem and such an asset to the hotel!"

"The staff was AMAZING!! Literally everything they recommended on spot on. Excellent location!! Close to it all. Also the only hotel we found with breakfast included! And it was a great breakfast!! We will absolutely stay here again."
