"Booked a 2 room suite for an hefty price… specifically to have 2ROOMS.. and they gave my room to someone else. They made us take 2 rooms on separate floors but only after we had to use the room they gave us for a night which entailed sharing a bed.. totally not ok! And it ruined the vibe. Totally ..."

"The deluxe junior suites are the way to go. it only has 1 bed option, thats the only drawback if traveling with friends or children. It does have a pull out couch option or you can ask for a roll away bed. Or you can opt for the 2 bed deluxe classic room (im not a fan of that room, however it works. ..."
