"Everything. The staff are so friendly, the room clean and comfortable. Great breakfast cooked to order and evening meals we had were delicious. It’s a cosy little oldie worldly pub with 2 open fires, was nice and quiet when we went with a few locals in of an evening. Owner very helpful. Would recommend 👍"

"Lovely Rooms and nice and clean. The only thing I would say is the carpets really could do being cleaned or replaced. Tea/ coffee facility and a lovely comfortable bed."

"Everything. Love the Running Horse. Cosy rooms, well equipped rooms, quiet, comfy, boutiquey, great pub, great food and great staff. Second stay and hoping to stay again (work). Hopefully some summer evenings, bike rides. Keep it up Running Horse 🐎🐎🐎"

"We had a lovely stay. Andrew was a great host and showed us everything we needed. The bar was humming and our dinner was fabulous. We had a great nights sleep. The renovated bathroom was excellent and had a nice big shower. Room 2 was lovely overall. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.. Overall we had a lovely overnight stay at the Cricketers Inn and would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. "
