"The staff were great, the rooms were clean and modern, but they are the only positives, don’t really know how it’s a four star hotel? The car park is 100m walk behind the building and doesn’t feel secure in the slightest, I hope building was wrapped in scaffolding, not that this matters because the windows are frosted so you cannot see out of them, but more importantly you have to leave a £50 deposit, as a business traveller who stays in two hotels a week across the UK and Europe, this is the...

"Super helpfully located for T4 Heathrow. Completely took the stress out of travelling to the airport. Would have been helpful if breakfast started earlier and if more food was available 24hrs (what with it being attached to the airport). However we were able to order in deliveroo quite easily."

"The check-in experience was unpleasant. The staff member couldn't find our booking record, and requested a booking reference. The record was there, they likely misspelled our name. A separate staff member had to intervene.
The place is run-down. The corridors smell, and the towels and carpet are old. However, the beds were comfortable, there was working AC in the room, and the room was sufficiently dark."

"This was a one-night airport stay-over. We liked 1) close to Heathrow, 2) very helpful staff, 3) nice room, 4) restaurant on site, with GREAT fish-and-chips (plenty for TWO!), 5) shuttle busses running regularly (although they were 25 minutes late for us, so we hopped a cab).
We didn't like: Well, not much. Oh, we were on "1st floor," which was 11 steps up (I'm 80 and schlepping two 20kg bags is not a top choice). Advise booking higher floors if possible so there is lift access.
