"The hotel is very dated—it doesn’t appear to have been remodeled in many years. We booked a King for one night and one of the TVs in the room didn’t work. Other functional TV was very old and had limited channels. Good place to spend a night if needed and if the price is right. Conveniently located near the freeway and in-n-out. Unfortunately for us, we overpaid for this stay because of the holiday weekend. Imho, wasn’t worth what we paid for."

"We were not able to use the pool. The staff told us that the water pump is not working. We almost got burned in the shower. My wife was in the shower when the water became very hot. The staff told us that the boiler broke down and they turned off the cold water. When it is my turn to take the shower, there is no hot water at all and I took the shower using freezing cold water. There is no drinking fountain or water dispenser in the facility. There is no laundry room. There is no gym. The doors...

"I would never stay there again! The room (floor, lamps, sheets) was filthy. I needed the manager to get the air conditioning working. There were hardly any amenities. Breakfast was, at best, ok. If I wasn't in such a bind to stay somewhere, I would not have picked there. It definitely was not worth the almost $250 dollars I spent to stay there. I should get my money back."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring throughout our visit. We traveled with our service dog, and everyone treated us with kindness and respect. Our suite was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The refrigerator, bathroom, couch, and entire room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast,...

"Well this place isn't great. We had a pair of underwear in our room when we got there and just so we're clear they were not ours. The shower has horrible water pressure and the TV doesn't work very well. It kept skipping and acting like it was having a hard time loading. This was in both rooms we had since they switched our room due to the underwear in the first room. The beds were decent and that's about the only good thing I can say about this place. You get what you pay for I guess. I thought...
