"The staff was lovely and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean and fresh. The hotel is next to the 101 so there is highway noise all night long but we ran the fan to help drown it out. Also the mattress was on the soft side and likely ready to be changed out. But overall it provided what we needed."

"The breakfast was good and included, I apppreciate that. My room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. My water was very cold in the night and morning. When I told staff about the water they were upset with me. I didn't want anything my stay was quick. So, I didn't understand why they had attitude when I was just informing them I didn't have any warm water. They said that they knew about the issue and that the water heater doesn't reach to the farther rooms. So, I'm thinking if they're aware...

"Where our room was ( 105 ) it was SO loud from the road noise. The blankets were very thin, but the heater was so LOUD too. I ended up grabbing blankets I had in the car and needed ear plugs to sleep. When we got there, the owner yelled at me to move my car within seconds of parking ( I was within the lines in a designated parking spot) while just trying to register. Then stood, stared, and shouted at me while I moved the car over more so he could squeeze 2 cars out of an area painted for one...

"Horrible disgusting hot tub. I reserved mainly to sit in it to relax. Dirty and jets were very bad - spewed water everywhere. Room was clean. Minimal towels and only one wash cloth was allocated. When we book for two people they should give two of each towel at a minimum."

"We arrived to stains on our sheets, dust and debris all over the floor of the room because the bottom frame of the door that was meant to block dirt and bugs from entering the room was missing, only one towel was provided for a room meant for 2 people, bloody boogers on the wall, broken locks, and an hour after checking in and having the sheets changed we found BED BUGS. When I went to ask for a different room the first time they said they were all booked and if I can find different...

"Our stay was very comfortable. Try to avoid first floor rooms if your a light sleeper. The first night there was a machine running all night long. Over all comfort was pretty good. No issue. "

"I really enjoy a lighted mirror in the bathroom. A fan in the bathroom is a must and I like that the light in the bathroom is not on a timer like some hotels. The water pressure is great too! The front desk is always friendly! Had to wait a bit upon check in, as no one was around for a few minutes. Parking gets full if you get back late, as the 2 hotels share parking. I just wish there was more parking available. A truck and trailer shouldn't get to use 4 parking spots. I did reserve a 2 queen...
