"I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend !"

"Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room. "Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas.
