It is important to request ground floor if you have heavy luggage as there is no elevator. There was no one available to help me with luggage and it was a challenge. The breakfast buffet was good and the bar/restaurant next door was convenient since we checked in very late.

As as I was laying in bed I saw a rat run across the floor I was terrified disgusting I called the the front desk and nobody answers so I had to sleep terrified it was going to be a rat running on my bed or something also the roomknos are full of mold it ruined a lot of my medicine I had two B12 ...
