"My son and I stayed the Templeton Garden for four nights. We received small but adequate room. Unfortunately, there were many, many stains on the carpet, and an unsatisfactory amount of scuffs and dirt on the walls. In the hotel description the room was supposed to have a refrigerator. What the room really had was a box that looked like a refrigerator, but did not have a cold temperature setting. Interestingly, there were multiple items for you to purchase from the non-refrigerator box,...

"I booked this hotel as it was the same price as to stay in a Premier Inn....well it was a hidden gem! Really nice building and location with a small park. The room was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable bed. The bedroom and bedroom have a lot of space. The bar is very nice and it was really nice to sit out and have a drink in the evening. I will definitely be coming back as its great value and a great hotel."

"We had an excellent stay at this cozy, historic hotel. We stayed in Room #10, and although it was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground station, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city throughout our stay. "The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"The entrance to the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was small but had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable bed and 2 pillows ( one soft and the other firm), atmosphere very quiet and peaceful, we slept really well, you are given 2 complementary pairs of slippers. Shower was great. 2 complementary bottles of water in the bar fridge. A very nice complementary breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for...

"We arrived on an extremely hot day during a heatwave, but the hotel’s air conditioning wasn’t working, and the AC in our room was broken as well. We had to spend a terribly hot first night there until we were moved to another room the next day. To make matters worse, the room phone didn't connect to the front desk, and one of the elevators was broken, making it exhausting just to go in and out of the hotel. The attitude of one receptionist was also disappointing, and our stay started off...
