"The staff was very helpful. Everytime we needed any additional towels, or bedding they were at our door quick. We enjoyed all the restaurants. Our poolside server Renan, was by far one of the best servers we had the pleasure of assisting us during our 6 night stay. He was still very attentive while assisting others and even greeted us by name. Our family really enjoyed our time at Villa del Palmar."

"This property was great with amazing food and cocktails. I am disappointed with the fact that this is a luxury resort and they served $5.99 wine. This is definitely not luxury and was difficult to drink. They tried to upsell wine at most dinners. Most of those wines on the list were “okay “, not luxury. "We were a group of 15 and we had a great time. We were able to get dinner reservations for our big group every night. We did have the help of our butlers Gustavo and Zahid who ensured we were always up to date with the resort's activities and restaurant reservations. The service at the pool was great and our guy Jose always remembered what we were drinking. Food service to the pool was fast and good. The last day we were there my daughter's stuffy was taken by accident with the laundry service...
