"This was our first time going to a TRS and although there are things that could make your stay more enjoyable (which I will list below) I will start with the positives that this resort has to offer. 1 - The butler service. So my recommendations is to find out who your butler is as soon as you arrive and make contact with them. 2- the adults only side is a bit small but you have...

"What made the resort was the employees they made our stay amazing. Beach was beautiful and well kept. The pools were great especially the activities pool and the privilege roof top pool. The food was okay but the drinks and wait staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent experience, excellent and professional staff I recommend it and I’ll return soon"

"Excellent stay as usual! Staff were absolutely amazing!"

"Muy amable el personal, él hotel está en una excelente ubicación respecto a la playa y a lugares de interés en Isla Mujeres, lo recomiendo mucho."

"Staff is very attentive and professional. They are the best❣️"

"No problem staying here again. My only critique was the constant upselling upon arrival. We wasted a lot of time saying “no” to things. You should be able to opt out of that type of solicitation before arriving."

"Excellent kid friendly property."

"What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it."

"I am definitely staying here again. Rooms were clean and kept up. Staff was great and easy to work with. Great massage area to"

"The rooms and hotel itself is okay, nothing to write home about, just okay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent. It’s just a block away from the Main Street that the ferry terminal is on and the main avenue of shops and restaurants."

"First time stated that hotel I couldn’t have asked for more perfect room. Everything was so clean spotless people were so friendly. I can’t wait to go back there again."

"Food is 10/10"

"Accommodations ate comfortable and clean. Great bar staff and entertainment staff. We received a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Food/meals are good. Dislikes, the hotel pushes the upgrades and add ons. And you need to use a concierge to book your dinners or you won’t get a reservation."
