"Si tienen la oportunidad de ir a este hotel, desaprovéchenla. El servicio en los restaurantes para cenar tarde de 1 hora a 1.5 horas CON reservación, estos no abren todos los días. Es un hotel para extranjeros, el DJ solo pone música para ellos (aunque claramente estén en México), los meseros en su mayoría tienen preferencia hacia los extranjeros, el bar en las albercas con poco personal, servicio lento. No hay diferencia al tener categoría “Privilege”, debes de pedirles a los meseros del licor...

"Después de estar en diferentes Resorts en los últimos años en el caribe, debo decir que este se encuentra en lo más alto de la lista, la comida de primer nivel, la atención del personal, las zonas húmedas y amenidades realmente valen mucho la pena recomiendo mucho pasar una vacaciones en familia en este grandioso resort 5/5. "Room was wonderful! Service was great. Food was okay. I pay the same as every other customer yet because I smoke they put you in the corner with only one place to smoke...they should have had some place near the beach as well. After speaking with others that smoke too they were really upset over how smokers were treated. I understand, but we all paid to stay and we shouldn't be treated like we are bad people."

"Everything about this property was lovely! From the moment we got there the staff was very friendly. Day two we noticed AC was not cooling down very well, it was fixed right away. They helped us get a golf cart for a day. They arranged for our taxi to pick us up to take us to the ferry on departure day. The pool was perfect after a beach day! "WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place.
