"Food about middle of the line as far as all inclusives go. Entertainment was fantastic. Property is older and the age shows. If you want a new property this isn’t for you. 45 minutes from airport. The only bad experience we had was a room service order that was never received. Went to bed hungry and pissed off."

"Second half of trip here, moved from mid Island. Room was ok, pillows were awful! Staff helped if asked, nothing special but nothing simply wrong either. Crying & screaming kids were an issue. Not hotels fault but seriously an issue. Add barking dogs too. Lots of outside noises... It rained, small leak was dripping onto bedside table then hitting hubby in face, just weird. I don't know where we'll stay next but passing on this place. Cute courtyard area, small pool, loved finding the turtle."

"Hotel ideal para niños, el único detalle es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y el jacuzzi tampoco, pero la atención del mayordomo hizo que la reparación fuera rápida"

"L’endroit était impeccable, les gens hyper gentils, la nourriture incroyable et les odeurs.. wow! Une expérience incroyable à vivre au moins une fois! Le meilleur massage que j’ai reçu."

"We love this property, we have stayed a couple times and have booked our third stay for 2027 already! Not only that, we have 4 rooms booked and maybe more, family and friends have taken our recommendation and are looking forward to staying here."

"My hubs and I went on a long weekend and could not have had a better time anywhere else. The staff was so nice friendly, and the small boutique style was so authentic Mexico. Our breakfast was included each day at Kin Ha and was so delicious. This beach club was so popular and being an and being a guest at the hotel gets you free beach club access all day! We spent most days at Kin Ha and had the best time!"
