"Everything was wonderful. For an all inclusive the food was pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Plenty of choices for food that’s for sure. It’s was well maintained and clean but there is room for improvements. The two story terrace room with private pool is great but the pool is lacking and that level should definitely have some plants or other items to warm it up a bit. It would be nice if you could adjust the pool more even if you could turn the jets. The television set up is terrible....

"Hotel is beautiful and clean some stuff are very friendly some no so much but that’s normal Everywhere you go. Beware and wake up really early to get a spot at the splash pad if you’re taking kids people camp out there since 8 am. Also make sure you schedule your dinner reservations as soon as you get there if not you will be stuck eating either at the Buffett or room services. Because they are the only ones that aren’t open a bit later."

"came here for my birthday i had an amazing time. breakfast is included. kind staff. the beach is beautiful and clean i walked down to riu to swim it was amazing. the tacos are delicious and the manager is very kind. the reception guys are so helpful and have positive energy. the room is comfortable and spacious enough for a solo traveller."

Estuvimos 6 noches, es demasiado porque el hotel es bastante aburrido y lejos del centro (20 min, 200 mexicanos en taxi). No tiene ninguna actividad incluida. Las comidas en general bien, todo a la carta, nada...
