"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. George was especially helpful, and the front desk team was always polite, accommodating, and professional. We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking Old San Juan....

"The room is old with very little amenities. No elevator many stairs. The stairs are not your things stay away. Steve was not very accommodating. You had to beg for drinks and bed for towels. I’d only recommend it for a very short day."

"The hotel is beautiful and I have stayed in it when it was the shereton. This stay was just disappointing in the fact that, the AC did not work the entire night meaning we had to sleep in a hot room. The water went out the elevator went out and my mom with bad knees had to walk up 6 floors. They did remove the destination fee but I just felt we spent t to much money for all of that not to work."

"All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful."

"Staff was professional and helpful - kitchenette was great with lots of ice, water and coffee. Appreciated beach towels for guest use and sunscreen. Bathroom was ok - could use some upgrades. Room cleanliness ok as well. Unfortunately, you could hear EVERYTHING through the walls and door to our room(large gapped opening at bottom of door). Guests were extremely loud- sitting in lobby area late at night- you could easily hear full conversations through walls. No management at front desk...

"Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working"
