"Let's start with the Pros :
The room was very clean ; The breakfast was very good and the hotel location was excellent (at 5 minutes walking distance to Taksim Square). The staff were polite and their English language was good.
Cons :
1 - Our room (which was a deluxe room) was supposed to be a non-smoking room, however the previous guests had badly smoked in the room, in a way that we couldn't get rid of the smoke odor for days !!! The reception staff told me that they didn't know about it (and I believed them). However you can imagine our pain !
2 - The other problem was about the elevators : Two of them are grouped in one location and the third one is farther in an L shape corridor ; Consequently, when you push the button to call the elevator, you can easily miss the third elevator arriving to your floor !
3 - The checkout time was supposed to be at 12:00 PM, however they change the keys codes at 11:00 to 11:30 AM ! As a result we couldn't get to our room to take our luggage ! This policy could be okay for a 1 or 2-star hotel , but not for a 4-star hotel !"
