"從一抵達飯店就開始體驗到尊貴的服務，從機場進入飯店後，服務人員會馬上推行李推車來協助上行李，還會幫忙推到房間門口並且下行李。 飯店門口直接可以搭計程車，若是沒車的話，服務人員也會馬上幫忙叫車，整體感受很好！ 小缺點是在福岡七隈線地鐵線上，觀光景點大都近鄰機場線，但是可以選擇搭乘計程車。 從飯店搭乘計程車到福岡機場不用日幣三千元（2025/10/31的價錢）可以玩到最後一刻超級划算！ 下一次還是會選擇新大谷飯店入住。"

"酒店乾淨。大堂在2樓，所以大門不是十分顯眼。早餐有兩間餐廳選擇，十分美味環境舒服。有大浴場，但我沒有試過。房間都算大可以打開兩個行李，洗手間乾濕分離，設施都係新。員工都好友善。酒店附近有屋枱，宵夜都好多選擇。可以行去天神站，或者酒店附近都有巴士站，行去地鐵大約5分鐘，交通便利。"
