"Definitely not my favorite hotel. Our room was on the first floor which was level with the street. The room had big picture windows directly looking onto the sidewalk without any privacy shade or similar. So you either needed to be comfortable with being on display or keep the blackout blinds closed all the time. Also, the people in the room next door to ours had a loud party starting at 11:30 pm. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but they never answered so I had to get out of bed, get dressed and walk to find someone to get help with shutting the party down. Also, the water in the shower did not stay warm and I ended up taking a cold shower, which was unpleasant. "

"I realize that the first van in the morning is 6:30 AM so you're plenty of people in the lobby awaiting. It would be nice if the coffee service started at six instead of 630."

"Easy shuttle and arrival check-in. The airport shuttle is available 24 hours and that was a plus. I would recommend, if a layover is required because of its proximity, ease to and departure. Property is clean. "
