"We were on an ocean view, but it was a corner that overlooked the smoking area between the two hotels, we expected a better view but made it work. The room we think because it was a corner was quite tight but extremely clean & well maintained. "

"Room was dirty everything was run down terrible experience at this resort would never come back to it took an hour for maintenance guy to come up and get our hot water fixed the ac sucked was so damn hot in the room "

"We had such a great time. The property is spread across the beach so that every room has ocean and pool view. Asian restaurant, Italian restaurant, Sushi restaurant, Steak House, Mexican restaurant, the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner buffet (Velas) they were all delicious. There’s an adult pool with swim up bar. Kids pool, kids play center too. Jacuzzi’s and there’s a ceviche restaurant near the pools on the far end that has fresh delicious seafood. The hotel has different entertainment each night in the Lobby and or outside by the pools. If you choose to stay in luxury, I suggest the Enclave rooms which entitles you to a private Enclave lounge for food and drinks on the 13th floor with amazing views. The rooftop is adults only with music, bar, and 2 jacuzzis. North tower 11th floor has the Martini bar which is cozy with its own bar, pools tables, and games. The south tower has a family room that entertains kids and has popcorn & refreshments. The beach area is great because there are piles of large rocks surrounding most of it to help break any large waves. We’ve seen manta rays swim near by as well. The spa was amazing with the sauna, steam room and deep tissue massage. Very relaxing. Overall this has been the best All Inclusive hotel in Puerto Vallarta. "

"Nos tocó que nos recibiera Gustavo García, fue muy atento en todo el tiempo que estuvimos en el hotel, nos decía que restaurantes estaban abiertos y cuales no, las actividades que podríamos realizar y respecto al Hotel la verdad nos encantó todo, como íbamos con una menor de edad tienen muchas actividades, toboganes, tirolesas, una zona de videojuegos. La bebidas la verdad estaban muy ricas. Por lo general pedimos puras mezcalitas o tequila. Las comidas una delicia todos los restaurantes."
