"Front desk (Enrique, you da man!) and bartender (Eliza, you da woman!) were so excellent and helpful. Breakfast was good, got the day off to a good start. Great location. Randomly, one night I played Cards against Humanity with some drag queens. This was after discovering the comedy club right down the street at Quinn's Lighthouse. It was a good experience. The only downside: the housekeeping was kinda lite. One day out of 4 it was great (normal - beds made, trash emptied). The other days not."

"Poor service on check in, check out and enquiries. I stood in the queue to check out while 3 other customers were served. Check in experience was similar. Two staff then stood, chatted and ignored me. The air con in the room is noisy but is cold, which was appreciated. Well located and comfortable rooms."

"While the hotel’s accommodations, lobby, and bar were spacious and comfortable, the check-in process was notably inefficient due to a lack of professional guidance from the staff. We received no orientation beyond the issuance of keys, as the team appeared to prioritize internal conversations over providing adequate guest service. We checked in on 10/3 6pm."

"Rooftop bar is small and we were not able to sit where we wanted due to private event. Being that the roof top is so small they should have just closed the entire top and not lead people to think we have access to the whole thing. 2nd I was supposed to get a bottle of wine for my stay since i booked thru Expedia, never got anything, i don’t think that the staff was even aware of such a thing. I know no one will do anything nor will i be compensated or have anyone reach out. Very...
