"Main issue was the check in- granted it was late in the evening however we waited over 20 minutes as the only poor member of staff on was working the bar as well as reception.
Air conditioning in the rooms has been switched off and they provide a fan which was needed but noisy.
Rooms are dated but bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try breakfast as having read some reviews we decided to give it a miss. Overall an okay stay for one night"

"Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start!

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. "Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this.

A number of members of staff obviously saw this but chose to ignore it.
