"The stay was nice overall but the shower ceiling leaked and threw off my perception of the stay.
It began leaking, so we told the front desk and they said they would send the maintenance person up to look at it and a few other concerns I listed. He took over an hour to do so. "Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options.
The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"The property is well maintained and in a great, central location. The only mild complaints I would have, would be that the front desk staff could have been more knowable about getting around the area and the room glasses, cups, mugs were not replaced with clean ones."
