The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling. The "update" to the room was pathetic. Cheaply...

"The room was given away when my daughter got there at 1AM and they were out of rooms. Imagine paying for a room for your 21 year old daughter who was traveling by herself and her plan landed at 1AM. She took an uber to her hotel, just to be told they had given it away. Even though it was paid for!!! I was not happy when she was in a city, all alone and no hotel rooms left! I would not recomend expedia or this hotel again!"

"Nice looking property! Beautiful various lobby areas, nice pool and enjoyed the hot breakfast. Room was updated and spacious :) I would definitely come back. Close location to Summerfest without being in the thick of downtown. Each staff member I met was also gracious and kind. Oooh and great array of snacks and ice cream!"

"we picked this hotel as well located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the room cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. a fake nail fell out of a clean towel, top of fridge was dirty with rubber band, a bar of butter and dirt on it. will not be coming back"
