"The breakfast was actually HOT! What a delight. breakfast spread was good. Pool was small and a bit cold. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and that's what we got! Elevators were quick and clean."

Our tub didn’t drain so five minutes into your shower, you were standing over ankle deep in water. "I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund. "My only complaint is all the other clientele who brought kids that likely weren’t all theirs. To the pool. On a saturday in april. The ratio of kids to adults was about 7:1. And the pool area was very crowded."

They threw away the blankets I had to leave because I couldn’t carry them which included my baby blanket I had for 30 years since I was a baby as currently withholding three laptops that I didn’t pay when I did not willing to come to an agreement. "We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly"
