"This was, by far, our favourite hotel during our three week visit to Egypt. From arrival to departure the staff at Sunrise Alex Avenue were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. "I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Green Plaza. "The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. "

"The sea view is super fantastic! Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Street noise is a little loud. Overall, Highly recommended hotel. I gave some recommendations to the management team regarding the property to take care off and they promised to do. "
