We had an oceanfront room in one of the side buildings, This hotel is very old, I believe built in 1968, but it is super unique and you can't beat the location. Kona Coast Resort
Room was spotless, comfortable, and well furnished. Only disappointment was they only have very basic amenities. The one restaurant/bar on site was pretty minimal.

Cleanliness was inconsistent. Always had to ask for coffee, cups, toilet paper, etc. found a balloon under the bed.
