"The staff at this property were so helpful from the minute we came in. The hotel staff member who helped us in English and was very friendly. He assisted us with luggages, and let us know of all the great amenities the hotel included, like coin laundry, free drinks in the lobby, and so much more. The property as soon as you come in smells amazing. Overall. I believe this property was my favorite stay in Japan. I could definitely see us staying there again. And they also do luggage transfers...
